Beaver Falls High Musical Program Hosts Fourth Annual Alumni Showcase

BEAVER FALLS — Former stars of Beaver Falls High School Musicals will share a stage Friday for the fourth annual Alumni Showcase.

The 7 p.m. show features alumni of classes from 1983 to 2022, performing solos and duets from a variety of Broadway shows.

There are 17 Henry Mancini Musical Theater Award nominees among performers, nine of whom have won the Mancini Awards, including three “Best Actor” or “Best Actress” winners who went on to compete at the national Jimmy Awards on Broadway.

The event finale will feature 2022 graduate Maelyn Isenberg, who represented the Mancini Awards at the National High School Musical Theater Awards last June, performing her play “Get Out and Stay Out,” which she worked on. with the Broadway Coach. Maryanne Hu.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Beaver Falls High School Music Program.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door. The event gates are on the lower level of Beaver Falls High School, near the flagpole and gymnasium entrance. Doors open at 6:30 a.m.

There will also be a raffle basket auction, 50/50, and the high school’s Spring 2023 Musical Reveal.
