Bob Marley to perform at The Elm
After being dark for over a year, The Elm in Downtown Waterville will host one of New England’s best comedians, Bob Marley at 6 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. on Friday, June 11, and two sold-out shows. on Saturday June 12.
Seen on Leno, Letterman, Conan, Ferguson and Jimmy Fallon, Marley is one of the few comedians to have played the Late Night Circuit along with dozens of other television appearances. A favorite on Sirius and XM radio, Marley also played Detective Greenly in both Boondock Saints Films. Considered “New England’s King of Comedy,” Marley holds the Guinness Book of Record for longest standing performance by an individual at 40 straight hours.
Bill Mitchell, co-founder and owner of The Elm, looks forward to safely welcoming guests this weekend with favorite Maine comedian Bob Marley. “We couldn’t think of a better artist to reopen our doors after a difficult year for anyone in the events / performing arts / live music business. We are excited to announce new upcoming shows and are now accepting new bookings for private events. We will follow all recommended health and safety protocols, but encourage all guests to get vaccinated before spending an evening at The Elm, ”Mitchell said according to a press release from the event organizer.
