Dance is a combination of art and sport. In terms of art, dance plays a varied role in enhancing facial expressions through choreography and telling stories without using the mouth. When you think of dance as a sport, you need flexibility, endurance, strength and grace.
The dance gives rhythm to the movement of the body by following a sequence of steps to music in a given space releasing energy. Popular types of dance include ballet, modern dance, tap, contemporary dance, ballroom dance, hip-hop, jazz, and folk dance.
Harrow Theater Dance is made up of a team of qualified professionals who run the school of dance. It welcomes students from the age of 3 to adults and lessons are given according to the level and abilities of each student.
