Live music is back, Peterborough
The Peterborough Memorial Center has opened its new stage, ready for a series of outdoor concerts this summer aimed at people who live in the Peterborough Public Health area.
The newly constructed performance space is officially called the Enbridge Energy Stage.
Pink Floyd from Classic Albums Live: “Dark Side of the Moon” opened the PTBOLive concert series on Friday night, featuring the Jim Cuddy Band and Express and Company on Saturday night at 7pm.
The Splash ‘n’ Boots child performers are on stage Sunday at 3 p.m.
Big Wreck with special guests Heaps will be on stage July 2 at 7 p.m. Other shows during the summer include The Trews, Chad Brownlee, Scot Helman, comedian Shaun Majumder, Mini Pop Kids Live and more season August 27th. See the full schedule at calendar.memorialcentre.ca

The concerts will be drive-in style, with three zones available: First Row, General Admission 1 (rows 2 to 12) and General Admission 2 (rows 13 and 14), although for some events the ensemble will be General Admission .
Tickets are per vehicle, each vehicle being allowed to have as many people as there are seat belts.
The Peterborough Memorial Center reserves the right to cancel at any time, with full refund.
Participation is intended for those who live in the Peterborough Public Health Region.
The Memorial Center property is a smoke-free space.
Guests must complete a COVID screening before being admitted to the event site
Guests must remain in their vehicle at all times, unless they need to access the washroom or in an emergency
Guests in each vehicle must belong to the same social circle
Face coverings are required for all guests when outside of their vehicle
Face covers are mandatory for all site staff
The toilets will be equipped with hand sanitizer
Vehicles will be parked in a way that maximizes social distancing
This is a smoke free event
