Tickets for Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The musical on sale September 16

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Broadway in New Orleans presented by Entergy and the Saenger Theater are proud to announce that tickets to How the Grinch Stole Dr. Seuss’ Christmas! Musical comedy went on sale Friday, September 16 for 11 performances from December 13 to December 20.

Saluted by The New York Times as “100 times better than any bedtime story”, this classic holiday musical will delight adults and children alike.

Individual tickets for How the Grinch Stole Dr. Seuss’ Christmas! Musical comedy will go on sale on Friday, September 16 and will cost between $30 and $95. Tickets will be available at the Saenger Theater box office, which opens at 12 p.m. (1111 Canal St., New Orleans, LA, 70112), and through Ticketmaster. Max the Dog recounts that the wicked and scheming GRINCH, whose heart is “two sizes too small”, decides to steal Christmas from the holiday-loving Whos.

How the Grinch Stole Dr. Seuss’ Christmas! Musical comedy features beautiful sets designed by John Lee Beatty and costumes designed by Robert Morgan, inspired by the original Dr. Seuss book. The music and book by Mel Marvin and Timothy Mason breathe new life into this timeless story.

The 2019 production is directed by Matt August and choreographed by Bob Richard, based on original choreography by John DeLuca and originally created by three-time Tony Award®-winning director Jack O’Brien.
